TERMITE CONTROL PLANS

Pre-Treat New Construction – One of our inspectors will obtain measurements and dates of construction. A quote will be provided based on square footage. Treatment will be done once the ground plumbing is installed and before the concrete slab plastic is placed.  

Post-Construction/Existing Structures – Our inspectors will inspect the home and draw a diagram to determine linear footage and areas to be treated. Treatment consists of trenching, drilling, and foaming.  

Spot-Treatments (Commercial & Sale of Real Estate) – Treatment is completed on ten feet of either side of the infested area. State waivers are obtained on areas not treated.  

Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR) Termite Certificate – A complete inspection of the property is done by the technician. The final report is issued to either the homeowner or real estate agent.
